Lately I've been trying to fix up my website using css. It's a work in progress, but I just haven't had enough time to do a good job of it. Mostly I'm just trying to get out of the clutches of Dreamweaver. My current site can be edited directly with a text editor. Feel free to look at the new site. There's obviously plenty of work for me to do, but I'll get to it when I get to it.

[20080712] Our paper on proper orthogonal decomposition of bat wing kinematics is finally in press in the Journal of Theoretical Biology. I'll upload a PDF as soon as I can.
[20080712] At the meeting of the Society for Experimental Biology in Marseille France (July 2008), we just presented some preliminary results on the kinematics of diffferent sized bats and won third prize for our talk in the Biomechanics section.
